How to update your username or password in the ZIIP app

To Update Your Email:

- Open your ZIIP App
- Tap the Profile icon in the upper right corner
- Select Account Settings
- Tap EDIT next to your email address
- Verify your password and tap NEXT
- Enter your new email address and tap SAVE

To Change Your Password:

Option 1 – Within the App (if you know your current password):
- Open your ZIIP App
- Tap the Profile icon in the upper right corner
- Select Account Settings
- Tap Password → Edit
- Verify your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Tap SAVE in the upper right corner

Option 2 – Forgot Your Password:
- Open your ZIIP App
- Enter your email address
- Select Forgot Password?
- Check your Inbox, Spam, or Junk folder for the reset email
- Click Complete ZIIP Password Reset and follow the instructions.
